Jigsaw Art - everyone played a part!

Today we discussed the history behind Waitangi Day. Waitangi Day is a public holiday held on the 6th of February every year to commemorate the signing of New Zealand's founding document - The Treaty of Waitangi in 1840 also known in Maori as Te Triti o Waitangi.

Each and every student in Room 20 participated in the making of this art work. Each student was responsible for one piece of the art and we all had great fun even the teachers!
